Salary Range: Php30,000 - Php35,000
Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 6am - 3pm

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
  • Strong sense of graphics and visualization; familiarity with sublimation printing is a bonus.
  • Develop graphics for flyers, brochures, property presentations, and social media posts.
  • Manage and organize all design files to ensure easy access for team use.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Incorporate customer feedback into design revisions to ensure satisfaction and alignment with their vision.
  • Develop creative ideas and concepts within a brief, often working independently.
  • Willingness to learn and adaptability to a dynamic environment.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and meet technical specifications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 1+ Years Experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Zendesk Platform
  • Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective designs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
