Salary Range: PHP 15,000 + PHP 3,000
Work Set-Up: Onsite | Monday to Saturday | 8AM - 5PM

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain cleanliness of outdoor and common areas including parking spaces, walkways, and building surroundings
2. Clean and organize the front and back areas of the property to ensure a tidy environment
3. Conduct minor building repairs such as replacing light bulbs and addressing basic plumbing issues
4. Monitor facility conditions and report maintenance issues that require major repair or external service
5. Maintain company vehicles through routine cleaning and basic condition checks
6. Coordinate vehicle servicing, inspections, and preventive maintenance schedules
7. Drive company personnel to meetings, errands, and appointments when required
8. Assist with errands such as purchasing supplies or transporting materials
9. Use navigation applications such as Waze or Google Maps to plan efficient routes
10. Support general facility tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

1. At least 3 to 5 years of experience in housekeeping, property maintenance, or similar work
2. Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
3. Basic handyman skills for simple repair and maintenance work
4. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and carrying equipment
5. Familiarity with road routes within Pampanga and Metro Manila
6. Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
7. Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and safety
8. Good communication and coordination skills
