About the job Q201143: Sales Support Specialist

This role assists the sales reps with managing accounts - attracting and retaining customers by performing administrative and clerical tasks. Main duties include responding to customer queries and complaints, making sure orders are processed on time and assisting with strategic scheduling and preparation of sales meetings and appointments. Sales support is also responsible for monitoring and recording sales performance.

The Salary Range: PHP 25,000 to PHP 35,000

The Work Set-Up:

  • Work onsite
  • 8 hour work shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift (4am - 1pm)

The Responsibilities:

    Support Sales Rep

    1. Assist with trip planning region, frequency
    2. Schedule meetings and sales appointments via phone if emailing get CC to do it
    3. Review data and analysis from CC and adjust and forward to sales rep for appointments (order history, SOW (share of wallet), etc)
    4. Qualify incoming leads passed on from SS
    5. Work with rep to develop sales strategies
    6. Researching new business customers (identify decision makers and booking time with them and the rep)

          Customer Queries

          1. Resolve customer queries in a timeous fashion
          2. Communicating with CC to assist with incoming queries on customer with 20+ rooms order over 2k in value

          Pipeline Management

          1. Maintain and update potentials on CRM
          2. Assign pipeline tasks on a weekly basis
          3. Provide weekly update to team of big jobs

          Online accounts

          1. Passing password resets on to CC to resolve under your direction
          2. Passing Saved carts and account setups to CC

          Freight

          1. Freight FU on orders over 10k
          2. Basic queries tracked and advised customer
          3. Pass on queries that need to involve freight companies to CC and you will be cc'd in (Returns)

          Order Errors

          1. Working with CC to solve the error and all details are loaded into the CRM

          Collating Market Trends

          1. Liaise with rep to collate market insight, sentiment, industry feedback and competitor updates

          Preparing proposals & quotes

          1. Prepare proposals and quotes timeously
          2. 20 items and less.
          3. Delegate to the CC jobs that are 20+ with an expected deadline

          Create and Process Orders

          1. Work on sizeable orders with Rep and CC
          2. Provide customers with alternative options for out-of-stock items
          3. Receive queries from CC and follow up with rep
          4. Follow up dated orders

          Manage Customer accounts

          1. Customer wellness calls
          2. Gifting
          3. Data entry
          4. CRM updates (x over with CC)
          5. Maintain organized and accessible filing system

          Incoming Calls

          Assist Customer Care where required

        The Requirements:

        • Proven work experience in Sales or Sales Support
        • Hands on experience with ERP & CRM systems
        • Computing skills - proficiency with MS Office Suite
        • Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
        • Excellent communication/collaboration skills
        • Analytical and multitasking skills
