The Responsibilities:

    • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
    • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, execute social media efforts to improve KPIs, likes, shares, tweets, etc.
    • Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, etc.
    • Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
    • Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
    • Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
    • Evaluates emerging technologies.
    • Creating reports from any of the above.
    • Create content for social media and website postings.
    • Blogs briefing
    • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks. 

The Requirements:

    • 2 - 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or similar field.
    • Background in marketing and social media management.
    • Detail-oriented, professional, and initiative individual.
    • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
    • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
    • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, WEB Trends), strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
    • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
    • Excellent English communication skills (written and oral)

The Work Set-Up:

  • Permanent work onsite only 
  • 8 hour work shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Day shift (6am - 3pm)

The Location:

Unit 1E, Philexcel Business Park Annex, Clark Freeport Zone, 2023, Pampanga, Philippines.
