Ensure accurate and timely quote preparation for the sales team and assist where required in sales support in order to allow increased sales activity. He/she is accountable for all quote preparation being completed in an efficient and timely manner whilst supporting the sales team.

Salary Range: PHP 30,000 - PHP 40,000
Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 6am-3pm

Responsibilities: 

• Receive quotation requests from the Sales Team.
• Prepare quotations in the CRM system.
• Send quotations to the Senior Sales Support or Estimator for approval.
• General project and administrative support as required.
• Perform other related duties as required

Requirements:

• Experience as a Sales Support or similar role.
• Excellent mathematical skill.
• Proficiency in using MS Excel, computers, and calculators.
• Knowledge in CRM systems is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Thorough and reliable, possess a positive attitude, and capable of taking on challenges and achieving results.
• Client-focused with strong attention to detail.
