Salary Range: 35,000 - 45,000
Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | Nightshift 8:30 PM - 5:30 AM

Responsibilities:
- Analyze client-submitted property data and construction documentation to develop preliminary benefit estimates.
- Determine appropriate project scope and fee structure based on property type, client goals, and available documentation.
- Apply cost segregation methodologies to estimate the tax benefit of various assets.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and tax teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- Draft clear and concise scoping notes and assumptions to guide downstream engineering and review processes.
- Participate in pricing discussions with the sales team as needed.
- Educate sales team members on project-specific considerations, including pricing rationale and scope requirements.
- Use Excel-based tools to model benefits and support internal decision-making.
- Track and manage multiple active projects, maintaining accuracy, consistency, and timely turnaround.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of cost segregation principles and depreciation rules
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, tax)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication.
