The Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial policies and controls to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and projections for the senior management team.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting to develop accurate and realistic financial plans.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and strategies to optimize financial results.
  • Conduct regular financial reviews and audits to identify potential risks and recommend solutions to mitigate them.
  • Manage cash flow and treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting, optimizing working capital, and maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions.
  • Oversee AR and AP processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and payments.
  • Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in finance and accounting, and proactively apply this knowledge to drive financial excellence within the organization.

              The Requirements:

              • Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
              • 3-5 years of experience in managerial finance, accounting, or related roles.
              • Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations & experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
              • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
              • Proficient in financial software, such as Peachtree, QuickBooks, and advanced MS Excel.
              • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented and highly organized and able to meet tight deadlines.

              

                The Work Set-Up:

                • Work onsite
                • 8 hour work shift
                • Monday to Friday
                • Night shift (8pm - 5am)

                Unit 1E, Philexcel Business Park Annex, Clark Freeport Zone, 2023, Pampanga, Philippines.
