Q300107: Quantity Surveyor (Countertops)

To prepare accurate estimates for projects by gathering information and analysing important metrics.Must be thorough and apt in managing relationships with key persons. 

The Salary Range: PHP 40,000 - PHP 50,000

The Responsibilities:

• Able to identify if any area is missing information and request RFI.
  
• Contributes to the team by accomplishing related results as needed. Recommend actions by analyzing and
• create an accurate and detailed material list.
• Create/Upload PC Proposal Docs for Drafter. Ability to read plans, specifications, and related documents and
• Gather All product information from suppliers.
  • Additional Cut-Outs qty and size grommets, outlets, trash holes
  • Edge Detail type and design
  • Faucets model, qty, hole #, spread upload all specification sheets per area
  • Sinks model, qty, install type upload all specification sheets
  • Slabs size, finish, thickness, pricing, MSDS, Care & Maint, Warranties for all specified materials
• Interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials.
• Locate and highlight all countertop scope based on materials

The Requirements:

• Ability to read and interpret, construction documents and plans, blueprints, and with strong attention to details
• Bachelors degree with a minimum of 3 years experience, or equivalent education and experience.
• Must have countertop experience and knowledge of blueprints to identify material and scope of work
• Strong sense of urgency, project responsibility and initiative
• Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and word processing program.

The Work Set-Up:

• Work onsite only
• 8 hour work shift
• Monday to Friday
  
• Night shift (9pm - 6am)

Unit 1E, Philexcel Business Park Annex, Clark Freeport Zone, 2023, Pampanga, Philippines.
