Handle incoming support requests via our Internal team. Record, track and document helpdesk requests and problem-solving process, including all successful/unsuccessful decisions made and actions taken through to final resolution. Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.

The Responsibilities:

    • Assist and communicate the management, clients and computer users to determine the nature of any problems that may encounter.
    • Conduct preventive maintenance, including checking and data cleansing of workstations, printers and peripherals
    • Investigate, diagnose, and solve computer software and hardware issues
    • Manage stocks of equipment, consumables, other supplies and maintain an inventory of all IT assets including monitors, hard drives, modems, printers, scanners and other peripheral equipment.
    • Perform hands-on troubleshooting, includes installation and upgrade of software, implementation of file backups, configuration of systems and applications and maintain records of software licenses
    • Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice but not limited to the above.
    • Set up employees Computer & accessories needed and Credentials.

The Requirements:

    • Preferably female. 
    • 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role
    • Ability to function independently with minimum supervision.
    • Ability to prioritize, delegate and has a keen eye for details
    • Able to communicate directly with overseas clients for IT-related matters
    • Computer Savvy
    • Good communication ability
    • In-depth knowledge of hardware, software, programming, and troubleshooting
    • Strong analytical, diagnostic, technical, and problem-solving skills
    • Strong customer service and ability to work well with the employees, management, and client

The Work Set-Up:

  • Work onsite
  • 8 hour work shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Mid Shift (3pm to 11pm) 
  • Must be flexible for shift change and for on-call duties

The Location:

Unit 1E, Philexcel Business Park Annex, Clark Freeport Zone, 2023, Pampanga, Philippines.
