Responsible for Executive Management duties, including but not limited to making travel and meeting arrangements, handling confidential information, preparing reports, email and calendar management, and other c-level administrative duties.

The Salary Range: PHP 35, 000 - PHP 45, 000

The Work Set-Up:

  • Work onsite
  • 8 hour work shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Day shift (6am - 3pm)

Job Responsibilities

  • Works closely and effectively with the C-Level executives, to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, coordinating and following up appropriately requirements needed by the executives.
  • Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
  • Preparing statements, reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents, for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.
  • Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
  • Helping prepares for meetings, accurately recording minutes from meetings.
  • Heavy Calendar and Email management
  • Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.

  • Organises travel arrangements/requirements for all the executives.
  • Handling personal and professional projects for the C-Level Executives.
  • Undertakes other related duties and projects that may be assigned from time to time.

The Requirements:

  • 2 - 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant or other similar administrative support experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience within any of the following industries is an advantage though not essential: property, finance, data analysis, procurement, law.
  • High attention to detail and processes, particularly in reporting and communication.
  • Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to organize and manage multiple tasks, projects, and relationships efficiently and effectively.
  • Advanced capabilities in building presentation decks in tools such as PowerPoint/Canva.
  • Salesforce or similar CRM platform experience.
  • Microsoft Office/Teams proficiency with moderate-advanced Excel skills.
  • Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and process solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, typing and computer skills and interpersonal skills.
