Responsible for the day-to-day cleaning of all areas in the office premises including workstations, meeting rooms, reception areas, and pantry.

The Responsibilities:

    • Adjust and minor repairs
    • Clean, stock, and supply designated facility/company premises areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc)
    • Cooperate with the rest of the staff
    • Ensure office security and safety by locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliances use to ensure that hazards are not created.
    • Follow all health and safety regulations
    • Make sure all areas in the office are clean and well maintained.
    • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
    • Perform related duties as assigned by your superior, within your scope of practice but be flexible and not limited to the above.

The Requirements:

    • Has experience working as a cleaner is an advantage, knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
    • Has Integrity, flexible and has a good working personality
    • At least a high-school degree
    • Able to communicate in English both written and oral
    • Willing to work a shifting schedule, 6 days a week work schedule

The Work Set-Up:

  • 8 hour work shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Flexible Shift 

The Location:

Unit 1E, Philexcel Business Park Annex, Clark Freeport Zone, 2023, Pampanga, Philippines.
