IR0002 - Outbound Sales Agent

Sourcing, calling, prospecting and actioning outbound sales opportunities (telephone, email, LinkedIn, etc.) to meet client and contractual requirements, report preparation, and general front line customer interaction.

The Salary Range: PHP28,000 - PHP38,000

The Work Set-Up:

• 4-Day work week (Mon-Thu)
• Nightshift (7pm - 5am)

The Responsibilities:

• Communicate and Work with international clients, arrange appointments via Zoom/Skype/Google Meet
• Customer report preparation.
• Establishing new relationships with each customer
• Opportunity to be promoted to management level within 6 12 months.
• Perform other related sales and lead generation duties as required.
• Prospecting new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising, or other means of generating interest from potential clients
• Quote preparation
• Securing contracts and new projects meetings and setting KPI monthly targets

The Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years experience in a Sales or Customer Service roles
• A strong sense of teamwork and proactive attitude
• Ability to function independently with minimum supervision
• Ability to priorities workload based on importance
  
• Ability to take ownership and follow through on commitments
• Demonstrated experience in a customer service role
• Experienced in using LinkedIn, Zoom and Google Apps
  
• Good interpersonal skills: ability to effectively interact with a wide variety of people
  
• High sense of urgency, resilience, and can work well in a fast-paced environment
