Q201520: Finance & Supply Administrator
Job Description:
Responsible for supporting finance, supply chain, and operational functions through accurate processing of supplier and customer transactions, bank reconciliations, and payment scheduling. Manages supplier and customer records, system and CRM administration, KPI tracking, and report generation, while supporting sales and logistics operations including order processing, drop shipments, stock reallocations, and shipping coordination. Ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficient cross-departmental workflows.
Salary Range: PHP 30,000 – 40,000
Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 6am - 3pm

Responsibilities:
Finance & Systems Administration
- Processing bills
- Supplier statements
- Processing customer receipts
- Bank reconciliations
- Checking and loading documents
- Scheduling payments for suppliers
- Rebates
- Supplier and customer card file maintenance
- Creating new items
- 3rd Party Purchasing System updates / maintenance
- Non-sales CRM administration
- Tracking KPIs
- Report generation
- Supplier compliance audit follow-up
Supply Chain & Operations Administration
- Following up overdue invoices / resending invoices
- Local dropship orders
- Drop ship orders
- NZ to AU FedEx orders
- Create inbound shipments
- Reallocation of stock
- Release orders
- Update shipping planner
Requirements:
- Proven experience in finance and operations administration
- Strong understanding of supplier and customer account management, including statements, rebates, card file maintenance, and compliance follow-ups
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across departments
- Non-sales CRM administration
- Demonstrated ability in non-sales CRM administration, 3rd-party purchasing systems, and document management
- Experience in report generation, KPI tracking, and maintaining accurate system data
- Ability to work collaboratively with minimal supervision
