HR Generalist (Nightshift)

 Job Description:

Salary Range: PHP 25,000 - 35,000
Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 10PM - 7AM

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for night shift employees
  • Actively support employee wellbeing by promoting a positive, respectful, and energetic work environment
  • Address employee concerns, questions, and basic grievances with empathy and fairness
  • Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company standards
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and proper maintenance of employee records
  • Monitor attendance, morale, and engagement levels, and raise concerns when needed
  • Assist in documenting incidents, corrective actions, and performance matters
  • Securely distribute payroll cash to night shift employees following approved procedures
  • Provide regular updates and insights to the HR Manager on night shift people and workplace matters

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
  • At least 1 year experience in HR operations or employee relations
  • Strong communication and people-handling skills
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Able to work independently and make sound judgment during night shift
  • Basic knowledge of Philippine labor standards is a plus
  • Willing to work on a night shift schedule
