Join Guerilla Staffing Solutions as a Jr. Cost Segregation Engineer and support our client's team in reviewing construction documents, preparing quantity take-offs, and classifying assets. Your work will help the team compile accurate project cost information for cost segregation studies.

Salary Range and Work Set-up

Salary Range: PHP30,000 - PHP40,000
Work Set-up: Onsite | Monday to Friday (9PM - 6AM)

Responsibilities

• Read and evaluate construction plans.
• Prepare quantity take-offs across all types and categories of construction drawings.
• Allocate assets to the appropriate class lives.
• Determine project scope from relevant plans and documentation.
• Read and interpret depreciation schedules.
• Review other cost compilation documentation.
• Organise project information and records.
• Manage time effectively to complete assigned work.

Requirements

• One to three years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiarity with basic construction, floor plans, blueprints, NEPs, and building codes.
• Demonstrated understanding of the basics of cost segregation.
• Project costing or materials costing experience is beneficial.
• Experience working with design and architectural firms is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including basic grammar and punctuation.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Power BI or other related software.
