Salary Range: 30,000-40,000
Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 9pm - 6am

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Bill of Quantities, take-offs, and estimates.
• Determine variables for cost and other estimates.
• Read, analyse, or use construction plans to prepare take-offs and estimates.
• Pull a comprehensive estimation of labour costs, materials, and construction timeline.
• Obtain and review pricing and build relationships with key vendors (subcontractors, suppliers, and engineers).
• Purchase of materials and Quantity Surveying.
• General project and contract administration support as required and report to Senior Estimator.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements:

• Experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor or similar role.
• Experience in the commercial doors and hardware industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge in BlueBeam, Emullion or Comsense estimating software.
• Knowledge in AutoCad and/or other design software and can read construction plans.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding organisation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Thorough and reliable, possess a positive attitude.
