Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Admin Assistant to support our operations across administrative, marketing, and project management functions. This role is essential in keeping our workflows smooth and allowing leadership to focus on high-level strategy.
Salary Range: PHP 30,000 - PHP 35,000
Work Set-Up: Onsite | Monday to Friday | 6am - 3pm

Responsibilities:
- Manage and set up tasks in Clickup
- Edit simple videos using Adobe Premiere Pro (complex edits will be handled by a specialist)
- Manage other VA's we use (e.g. the specialist in item 2 above)
- Create SOPs and workflow optimisation
- Basic bookkeeping in xero, as well as setting up invoices, and bills
- Upload content to Kajabi and QA it
- Schedule and manage social media posts
- Conduct lead generation in Facebook groups (commenting and engaging on relevant posts)
- Support the client in staying organised and on track with key priorities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, including video editing
- Proficient in using Click up, Zero, Kajabi, Adobe Premier Pro
- Frame io (This is just a review platform for Premiere Pro)
- Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, Tiktok for organic social Media
- Familiarity with SOP creation and workflow optimization
- Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge (Xero preferred)
- Competency with Kajabi and online content management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience using Helpwise for email management
Additional Requirements:
Candidates must meet the required skills and demonstrate a professional, pleasing personality.
- System and document oriented
- Likes self learners, they need to be able to explain specifically how did they learn the tools they know.
- Need experience creating SOP (standard operating procedures).
- Likes staff who freely ask questions, and are curious about everything.
- Client priorities the above over skills/tools, those can be learned.
