Join Guerilla Staffing Solutions as a CAD Detailer supporting our client’s timber construction projects. Work with clients, structural engineers, and architects to turn designs into accurate 2D drawings and 3D models that support estimating, prefabrication, manufacturing, and installation.

Salary Range: PHP 30,000 – PHP 40,000

Work Set-up: On-site | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Create technical drawings and plans for timber glulam products using CAD software.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and architects to clarify design requirements and support accurate prefabrication.
• Prepare shop drawings for timber members, including all connection details.
• Produce accurate 2D drawings, 3D BIM models, and CNC files for plant manufacturing.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence about project drawings.
• Work with the sales team to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Provide quantity surveying support to help the sales team price larger jobs and projects requiring specialised detailing.
• Apply best practice procedures, suggest system improvements, and carry out additional tasks and reasonable instructions as required.

Requirements

• Hold a CAD qualification; CADwork, SEMA, or Revit qualifications are preferred.
• Have experience preparing shop or fabrication drawings and detailing.
• Have experience producing construction drawings.
• Apply strong maths, thinking, and reasoning skills to technical work.
• Produce accurate, thorough work with close attention to detail.
• Communicate clearly verbally and work well with others.
• Bring a positive attitude, enthusiasm for the work, and motivation to succeed.
• Manage multiple and conflicting priorities, adapt to changes, and work independently with initiative to prevent problems.
