The CAD Estimator prepares quantity takeoffs and cost estimates while creating CAD drawings, mainly for irrigation systems. This role ensures designs are accurate, measurable, and ready for costing and execution.

Salary Range: PHP 30,000-40,000
Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 6am - 3pm

Responsibilities:

• Review project plans and specifications
• Perform quantity takeoffs (materials, labor, measurements)
• Prepare basic cost estimates
• Create CAD drawings for irrigation layouts (pipes, valves, sprinklers)
• Update and revise drawings based on feedback or changes
• Check drawings and estimates for accuracy and completeness
• Identify missing details or discrepancies in plans
• Coordinate with team members on design and costing requirements
• Maintain organized files for drawings and estimates
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

• Experience in estimating, takeoffs, or CAD drafting
• Experience in using AutoCAD or similar design software
• Familiarity with construction drawings
• Knowledge in landscaping
• Knowledge in irrigation is a plus
• Attention to detail
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Organized and able to meet deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
