Job Title: Project Manager - Monday.com Implementation

Overview
TalentFish is casting a line for a Monday.com Implementation Project Manager! This is a W-2 contract position with our premier client in Columbia, Maryland.

What You'll Do (Skills Used in this Position)
The Project Manager will serve as a certified Monday.com expert, responsible for transforming recently mapped business processes and workflows into a fully functional, customized project management system. This role will collaborate closely with leadership to design and implement intuitive boards, automations, and dashboards, ensuring alignment with operational needs. The selected professional will also train team members to effectively utilize the platform, driving productivity, transparency, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
Translate mapped workflows and processes into structured Monday.com boards and templates
Design automations, dashboards, and reporting tools to improve visibility and efficiency
Collaborate with team leads to refine system functionality based on business needs
Provide training sessions and documentation for end users
Monitor adoption and make recommendations for ongoing system optimization

What You'll Need (Ideal Experience)
5-7+ years of experience managing projects involving Monday.com implementation and optimization
Monday.com certification required
Strong understanding of process design and workflow automation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate in hybrid or remote environments

Compensation Information
The expected salary range for this position is $45 - $67 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. TalentFish is committed to pay transparency and equal opportunity. The salary range provided is in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
