Overview
TalentFish is casting a line for a Workday Technical Applications Manager. This is a Remote Direct Hire role. This role is open because our client is growing and is in the process of an ERP transformation. As the Workday Technical Applications Leader, you will manage the Workday technical suite of applications, integrations, report writing, report administration, Prism, Workday Analytics, Discovery Boards, Worksheets and Extend. You will report to the Director of Workday Applications and manage a team of technical Workday resources.
What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience)
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience level
- Experience managing, supporting and developing a team of technical Workday resources
- Experience with "Big Bang Workday implementations for a large Healthcare provider
- Executive presence working with senior leaders and Stakeholders in business and technology organizations
- Experience implementing and managing Workday technical teams who design, configure and maintain integrations, develop reports and dashboards
- Experience with integration and orchestration of PRISM datasets, Worksheets, Discovery Boards, and Extend for a Clinical Healthcare organization/ Hospital
What You'll Do (Skills Used in this Position)
- Responsible for a team of integration analysts/developers and report writers. Will serve as the subject matter expert for the technical Workday team
- Responsibilities include the design, configuration and maintenance of integrations, development of reports and dashboards, integration and orchestration of PRISM datasets, Worksheets, and Discovery Boards, and Extend.
- Partner with Workday application leaders, govern and lead the Workday application in a team environment.

Compensation Information
The expected salary range for this position is $150,000 - $191,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This role also qualifies for comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. TalentFish is committed to pay transparency and equal opportunity. The salary range provided is in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
This role requires authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
