Overview
This Laboratory Assistant role supports senior laboratory staff in testing, data collection, and analysis within a wireless radio testing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals with a scientific background to gain hands-on lab experience and exposure to engineering teams.

Key Qualifications

• Experience or exposure to wireless radio testing

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field

• Understanding of laboratory equipment and laboratory information systems

• Ability to interpret technical documentation (blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams)

Core Responsibilities

• Assist in processing lab samples, performing tests, and analyzing results

• Build or adapt basic test setups and equipment

• Conduct tests using general laboratory tools and equipment

• Record, interpret, and explain test results

• Prepare charts, graphs, and reports based on findings

• Maintain and perform routine care of laboratory equipment and workspace

• Follow defined test plans, datasheets, and procedures

• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and operational instructions

• Input and extract data using computer systems and software

• Collaborate with engineers and lab technicians to report findings

• Communicate with customers during test setup and execution as needed

• Support continuous improvement initiatives within lab operations

• Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and code of conduct standards

Compensation Information
The expected salary range for this position is $17 - $20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. TalentFish is committed to pay transparency and equal opportunity. The salary range provided is in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
