Overview

TalentFish is casting a line for an Enterprise Systems Integrations Manager. This is a Direct Hire role that is

Remote but must reside in BOS, NY, or WDC. The Sr. Manager, Enterprise Systems Integrations will be

responsible for shaping and executing the organization's integrations strategy, aligning closely with broader

business goals. This newly established position will play a key role in modernizing the enterprise's integration

capabilities by transitioning to an Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS). The role focuses on accelerating

the deployment of essential system integrations to enhance automation and streamline workflows across

departments.

What You Bring to the Role. (Ideal Experience)

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in dynamic technology environments with a focus on enterprise application ecosystems.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in enterprise systems and systems integration roles, ideally involving large-scale transformation projects.
  • Extensive experience working with enterprise-grade platforms across functional areas such as finance, customer relationship management, human resources, and service management understanding how these systems interconnect to support operational efficiency and business value.
  • Demonstrated leadership of technical teams responsible for system integrations using modern integration platforms (iPaaS), with practical knowledge of technologies like JSON and REST APIs.
  • Strong background in building and mentoring high-performance engineering teams, cultivating a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability.
  • Proven success managing complex integration initiatives and contributing to large-scale digital transformation efforts.
  • Advanced knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices, including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), API lifecycle management, and automation tools.
  • Skilled in business process optimization and experienced in facilitating cross-functional workshops to improve end-to-end workflows.

What You'll Do. (Skills Used in this Position)

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the organization's enterprise application ecosystem, including the purpose of each system and the communication pathways necessary to support business operations.
  • Lead enterprise-wide integration initiatives, including the implementation of a modern Integration
  • Platform as a Service (iPaaS), ensuring solutions are secure, reusable, scalable, resilient, and aligned with best practices.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of integration technologies, while advancing the long-term integration strategy.
  • Improve the efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of integration delivery by defining resource strategies, optimizing offshore/onshore models, and increasing automation and process maturity.
  • Guide the execution of technical initiatives and manage diverse teams, including internal staff and third-party partners, to ensure consistent delivery within defined frameworks and standards.
  • Collaborate closely with business technology teams to align integration priorities with organizational needs, supporting both major initiatives and ongoing operational enhancements.
  • Oversee multiple simultaneous projects and contribute to strategic road mapping and long-term capability planning.
  • Establish agile development cycles with clear testing, validation, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
  • Monitor financial performance by reviewing reporting, managing expenditure approvals, and aligning resource allocation with business priorities.

Compensation Information

The expected salary range for this position is $150,000-$220,000 per year, depending on experience and

qualifications. This role also qualifies for comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and paid

time off. TalentFish is committed to pay transparency and equal opportunity. The salary range provided

complies with applicable state and federal regulations.

This role requires authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
