Are you a Salesforce Developer looking to make a real impact in a mission-driven

on-site Salesforce Developer position with one of the region's most respected organizations

in the healthcare and education space.

This is a role where your work directly shapes how people interact with systems that serve

thousands. You'll be part of a collaborative, Agile team developing custom Salesforce

workflows and features that support strategic initiatives across multiple departments.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the development of customized Salesforce applications and workflows to meet complex business needs
  • Build and maintain Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Salesforce Lightning components
  • Translate real business problems into smart, user-friendly CRM solutions
  • Be hands-on with administration, deployment, testing, and documentation
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver impactful projects
  • Create clear, useful technical documentation and release notes
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of features that will be used organization-wide

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (APEX, Visualforce, etc.)
  • Solid grasp of Agile methodology and CRM project lifecycle
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specs
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, in-person environment

Bonus Points For:

  • Salesforce Developer and/or Admin certification(s)
  • Prior experience in large enterprise or regulated industries
  • Experience with Git, ITSM platforms, or other related systems

Compensation Information

The expected salary range for this position is $93,000 - $107,000 per year, depending on

experience and qualifications. This role also qualifies for comprehensive benefits such as

health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. TalentFish is committed to pay transparency

and equal opportunity. The salary range provided complies with applicable state and federal

regulations.

This role requires authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.

based on the end client's background check policies and applicable laws.
