Compensation

• Base Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 (based on experience)

• Revenue Sharing:

• One-third of collected revenue on billed hours

• 20% bonus for introducing new clients

• Business Development Bonuses: Bonuses on all new business originated

• Billable Hours: None required; performance-based earnings

Responsibilities

• Draft and argue motions in state and federal court

• Conduct discovery, depositions, and motion practice

• Prepare pleadings and legal briefs

• Support trial preparation alongside senior attorneys

• Manage litigation cases from intake through resolution

• Collaborate directly with clients on case strategy

Must-have qualifications

• JD and active admission to the New York Bar

• 2-4 years of litigation experience (real estate preferred)

• Proficiency in drafting pleadings, motions, and conducting legal research

• Strong courtroom presence and oral advocacy skills

• Excellent writing, research, and analytical abilities

Preferred qualifications

• Real estate litigation experience: landlord-tenant, co-op/condo, title, or commercial disputes

• Trial exposure or trial preparation experience

• Background in a boutique or trial-focused litigation firm

• Experience with appellate briefing or motion practice
