Overview

TalentFish is casting a line for a CLM Program Manager. This is a Direct Hire (2-year Fixed-Term) role

in London, UK (Remote). The Contract Life Cycle Management (CLM) Program Manager will be

responsible for oversight and guidance of the Contract Lifecycle Management enterprise initiatives, as

well as aiding with the day-to-day management of at least one initiative, in a PM capacity. These

initiatives are large-scale, cross-functional initiatives that create significant business impact. We are

looking for experienced candidates who will be driving alignment between business objectives, technical

execution, and stakeholder expectations. The Program Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end

execution of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Program. The Program Manager will be

coordinating project and program activities, and oversee risks, dependencies, and resource management.

What You Bring to the Role. (Ideal Experience)

  • Bachelor's Degree required preferably in Business, Computer Science, or Information Systems
  • Program / Project Management qualification such as PgMP, PMP preferred

Knowledge & Experience: 

  • 5+ years of Program Management experience, including managing Contract Lifecycle
  • Management (CLM) projects and programs and/or experience partnering with Legal function technology delivery
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycles with experience in both Agile and
  • traditional project management principles and practices
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-system projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience managing stakeholder expectations at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal group and interpersonal communication skills
  • Stakeholder management; customer and quality-focused
  • Critical thinking; analytical and problem-solving expertise
  • Experience leading cross-functional project teams.
  • Highly organized and flexible approach with the ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
  • Management of remotely located project teams is essential.

What You'll Do. (Skills Used in this Position)

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) program.
  • Accountable for end-to-end delivery of the program to the agreed schedule, scope, and budget.
  • Lead comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive program efficiency.
  • Provide dynamic leadership to influence strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Monitor risk management plans and take a proactive approach to ensure communication and visibility to all stakeholders and leadership.
  • Work closely with Project Managers to track and monitor project health and escalate issues through established project governance.
  • Assist with managing the vendor; ensuring the implementation partner is delivering in accordance with the statement of work, project plan, and project charter, and adhering to project schedules.
  • Identifies and manages project and program dependencies and critical path of the Contract Lifecycle Management Program
  • Communicate any changes to the situation or scope of the project.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed and accurate project reports including progress and health updates, RAID items, and budget. Ensure program resources are utilized effectively.
  • Facilitate regular project status meetings, providing clear updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Chair project steering committee and governance meetings to ensure key stakeholders are aligned with the direction and progress of the project.
  • Remove barriers to success proactively and collaboratively.
  • Adheres to PMO guidelines and standard tools/templates.
  • Responsibilities may vary within the range of tasks and activities described.
