Compensation

• Base Salary: $180,000 - $200,000 (flexible based on experience)

• Equity: 1.0% - 2.0%

Role summary
Hiring two Senior Fullstack Engineers to help build and scale an enterprise SaaS platform for agentic IT automation. Responsible for end-to-end software planning, design, and implementation, with an emphasis on quality, speed, and secure enterprise-grade development.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end fullstack systems using React, TypeScript, Go, and Postgres

• Ship high-quality, secure code for enterprise automation use cases (SOC2, GDPR)

• Work with Docker and/or Electron apps to enable cross-platform agent deployment

• Contribute to IaC with AWS, Terraform, and related cloud tools

• Collaborate closely with founding engineers and product leadership

• Adapt quickly to a fast-changing product and customer landscape

Must-have qualifications

• 4-10 years of fullstack software engineering experience

• Strong backend engineering skills with infrastructure awareness

• Prior experience at a high-growth, VC-backed startup (Seed to Series B)

• Familiarity with React, TypeScript, Go, Postgres

• Proficiency with AWS, Terraform, Docker, and general IaC tools

• Experience building secure SaaS platforms (SOC2, GDPR)

• Demonstrated ability to ship fast while maintaining technical quality

• Experience working on agentic AI systems, vision LLM tools, or similar innovation

• CS degree from a top university (e.g., Berkeley, Georgia Tech, U of T)

Preferred qualifications

• Previous founder or founding engineer experience

• Built or shipped products incorporating OpenAIs Operator, vision-based agents, or other agentic AI

• Familiarity with building desktop apps using Electron

• Passion for working on new platforms and LLM-powered automation tools
