Overview
TalentFish is casting a line for a Procurement Specialist Corporate Services & Vendor Management. This is a W2 Contract role located in Northbrook, IL.

The reason this position exists is to provide procurement leadership and structure across multiple corporate service categories, including Marketing, HR, Finance, Legal, Communications, and enterprise software with our premier client. This individual will manage complex vendor relationships, lead end-to-end RFPs, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, compliance, and efficiency.

What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience)

• Bachelor's degree required.

• 5-10 years of procurement/vendor management experience with exposure to Marketing, HR, Legal, Finance, or enterprise software categories.

• Demonstrated success leading vendor negotiations and end-to-end RFPs.

• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills across diverse business units.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, lean team environment with competing priorities.

• Detail-oriented and comfortable managing complex, multi-stage projects.

What You'll Do (Skills Used in this Position)

• Develop, negotiate, and manage MSAs, SOWs, and licensing agreements across corporate service categories.

• Lead RFPs and vendor negotiations for Marketing, HR, Finance, Legal, Communications, and software/advisory partners.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities, budgets, and business requirements.

• Partner with internal Legal, Cybersecurity, and Compliance to ensure smooth vendor onboarding and contract execution.

• Drive process improvements within procurement to ensure efficiency, compliance, and visibility of spend.

Compensation Information

The expected salary range for this position is $45 - $65 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. TalentFish is committed to pay transparency and equal opportunity. The salary range provided complies with applicable state and federal regulations.
