Role summary
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for driving growth by prospecting and proactively engaging with potential customers. This role requires high energy, a strong work ethic, and the ability to generate qualified leads and create new pipeline opportunities in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.


Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads through high-volume outbound activity, including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach

  • Follow up on inbound leads from marketing campaigns, webinars, and website inquiries

  • Identify and research potential customers that match the company’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)

  • Qualify leads using frameworks such as BANT and MEDDIC

  • Pass qualified leads to the Sales team for further engagement

  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM

  • Provide feedback to Marketing on lead quality and campaign effectiveness

  • Share insights from customer interactions to improve targeting and messaging


Must-have qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales development experience in software solutions (preferably SaaS)

  • Strong cold-calling and phone communication skills

  • Excellent customer service orientation and relationship-building skills

  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong team orientation and cross-functional collaboration skills


Preferred qualifications

  • Experience selling SaaS solutions in a B2B environment

  • Familiarity with BANT and MEDDIC qualification frameworks

  • Experience using HubSpot CRM

  • Project: Identify 3 companies to target, key contact person, and reasoning

  • Second interview Demand Generation Marketing Manager (project presentation and interview)

  • Culture interview Team meeting and final with CEO
