Job Summary:

Gulf Workforce is seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years' experience specializing in blue-collar recruitment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing, screening, and hiring for a variety of blue-collar roles across multiple industries. As a recruiter at Gulf Workforce, you'll manage the recruitment process end-to-end, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for blue-collar positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Utilize multiple recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, networks, and referrals to attract qualified blue-collar candidates.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to clearly understand job requirements, expectations, and hiring needs.

  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' skills and suitability for various roles.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients efficiently.

  • Maintain an organized, up-to-date database of candidate profiles and recruitment progress.

  • Assist candidates through onboarding, documentation, and other pre-employment requirements.

  • Meet recruitment targets and deadlines while ensuring the placement of high-quality candidates.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment, preferably in the Gulf region.

  • Strong understanding of blue-collar workforce needs and the specific requirements of these roles.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.

  • Familiarity with recruitment software and tools, as well as proficiency in MS Office.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and hiring targets.
