Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Candidate Sourcing & Screening:

3. Client & Candidate Management:

• Actively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess suitability before submission.
• Maintain a pipeline of ready-to-hire talent for future roles.

• Work on multiple roles across Real Estate, Construction, and Engineering sectors.
• Ensure quick turnarounds in CV submissions and interview coordination.
• Assist in salary negotiations and offer finalization.

• Understand client requirements and ensure quality candidate matches.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and keep them engaged throughout the process.
• Provide regular updates and reports on hiring progress.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 2-4 years of recruitment experience (agency experience preferred).
• Strong Sourcing Skills: Ability to find candidates quickly via job portals and LinkedIn.
• Target-Driven Approach: Must be comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment.\
• Communication: Fluent in English with the ability to engage and persuade candidates.
• Tech-Savvy: Experience with ATS or CRM tools is a plus.
