Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Advertising Executive – Content & Design to develop and maintain high-quality marketing materials aligned with corporate branding and communication standards. The role focuses on creating brochures, presentations, flyers, and other visual content to support business operations, client engagement, and corporate communications.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Content & Collateral Development
- Develop and design brochures, flyers, company profiles, presentations, and other marketing materials
- Ensure all content aligns with branding and communication standards
- Create and format technical/project-related documentation for marketing purposes
- Maintain consistency in messaging, structure, and visual identity across all materials
- Support exhibition materials, giveaways, social media content, website updates, and photography
Graphic Design & Visual Content
- Create high-quality visual content using Adobe Creative Suite
- Apply structured layouts, typography, and corporate design principles
- Enhance and update existing materials to improve clarity and visual impact
- Standardize and upgrade document presentations
Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and understand requirements
- Translate technical inputs into professional marketing outputs
- Coordinate with external vendors including printing, design, and marketing agencies
Content Management & Quality Control
- Maintain and update marketing material repositories
- Ensure document accuracy, consistency, and version control
- Adhere to project timelines and deliverables
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing content development or graphic design
- Experience in corporate, industrial, or B2B environments preferred
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word)
- Basic content writing and editing skills
