Key Responsibilities

  • ️ Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles across assigned industries (Healthcare, Real Estate/Construction, Hospitality).
  • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates using job portals, social channels, and internal databases.
  • Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, salary discussions, and offer closures.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
  • Partner closely with clients to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Maintain ATS/CRM accuracy and deliver weekly recruitment reports.
  • Ensure a smooth, professional, and timely candidate experience.
  • Stay updated on UAE labor market trends and industry-specific hiring patterns.

Requirements

  • ️ 1-2 Years of recruitment experience in the UAE (agency experience preferred).
  •  Strong communication and candidate engagement skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with UAE visa processes and recruitment compliance is a plus.
  • Prior experience hiring for Healthcare, Construction, or Hospitality roles is an advantage.
