Key Responsibilities
- ️ Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles across assigned industries (Healthcare, Real Estate/Construction, Hospitality).
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates using job portals, social channels, and internal databases.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, salary discussions, and offer closures.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Partner closely with clients to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
- Maintain ATS/CRM accuracy and deliver weekly recruitment reports.
- Ensure a smooth, professional, and timely candidate experience.
- Stay updated on UAE labor market trends and industry-specific hiring patterns.
Requirements
- ️ 1-2 Years of recruitment experience in the UAE (agency experience preferred).
- Strong communication and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with UAE visa processes and recruitment compliance is a plus.
- Prior experience hiring for Healthcare, Construction, or Hospitality roles is an advantage.
