Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Recruiter specializing in Engineering and Operations hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, project-based, and field roles. The ideal candidate will have strong experience sourcing talent within industries such as oil & gas, construction, and industrial services, ensuring timely delivery of quality candidates aligned with project and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering, technical, and operations roles
  • Source candidates for positions such as Mechanical Engineers, Design Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians, and field workforce
  • Handle bulk hiring for operations, including coating, blasting, fabrication, and site manpower
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and project specifications
  • Coordinate interviews with clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of engineering and operations talent
  • Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates to meet project deadlines
  • Collaborate closely with operations and project teams to understand manpower needs
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure accurate documentation
  • Support onboarding, mobilization, and visa processing (especially for KSA projects)
  • Ensure compliance with client standards (e.g., Aramco or equivalent requirements)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years of recruitment experience, with strong focus on engineering and operations hiring
  • Proven experience in oil & gas, EPC, or industrial services sectors
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and field workforce requirements
  • Experience in bulk and project-based hiring
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Proficiency in Tagalog and/or Hindi is a strong advantage

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of engineering disciplines
  • Experience recruiting for onshore/offshore and site-based roles
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment platforms
  • Understanding of visa, mobilization, and compliance processes
  • Strong sourcing and networking capabilities
