Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT & ERP Lead to oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP across business functions. This role will drive ERP governance, vendor management, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and continuous system improvement to support business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure & Operations

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations delivered by Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
• Ensure availability, performance, resilience, and scalability of IT systems
• Manage IT vendors, service providers, software licenses, and support contracts
• Monitor IT service delivery, SLAs, KPIs, and escalation management
• Manage IT budgets and cost optimization initiatives

IT Security & Governance

• Own IT security, cybersecurity controls, access management, and data protection
• Maintain cybersecurity posture in coordination with MSPs and auditors
• Define and enforce IT policies, standards, and procedures
• Establish disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements and regulatory standards

ERP – Oracle Fusion Cloud

• Manage Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP stability, performance, and reliability
• Identify and resolve ERP process gaps and data issues
• Maintain ERP governance, user roles, workflows, and documentation
• Support finance and operations during month-end close and audits

Manufacturing / MRP / Maintenance

• Lead MRP implementation and optimization aligned with BOMs and routings
• Manage maintenance modules including preventive/corrective maintenance
• Enhance manufacturing modules for production execution and costing
• Ensure integration across Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement, Projects, and Financials

ERP Enhancements & Digital Transformation

• Lead ERP upgrades, patches, testing, and release management
• Drive automation, standardization, and process improvements
• Manage Oracle partners, system integrators, and consultants
• Support future ERP-led digital transformation initiatives

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field
• ERP / Oracle Certifications preferred

Experience

• 8–12+ years of ERP / IT Systems experience
• Proven experience leading ERP implementations and IT operations
• Oracle Fusion Cloud experience preferred
• Experience in Engineering, EPC, Manufacturing, or Project-Based Industries preferred
• Experience working with multinational/global teams

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud (Finance, PPM, Procurement)
• ERP integrations (FBDI / ADFDI / API)
• IT infrastructure, networks, cloud services, and cybersecurity
• Reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, Dashboards)
• Advanced Excel and MS Office
