Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within our organization. You will play a crucial role in building a diverse workforce that meets the company's current and future needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.

Crewing Recruitment

  • Collaborate with HR and the crewing team to define hiring needs for onboard personnel.
  • Verify qualifications and certifications of maritime candidates to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct specialized interviews for offshore positions to evaluate technical skills.

Collaboration

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Provide timely feedback to hiring managers regarding recruitment progress.
  • Advise on interview techniques and best practices.

Candidate Experience

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.

Database Management

  • Maintain and update recruitment software for accurate candidate records.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to enhance hiring efficiency.

Employer Branding

  • Utilize social media and other platforms to improve the companys visibility to attract candidates.

Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations during the hiring process.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings for candidates.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Assist with HR-related tasks and administrative duties outside of active recruitment.
  • Generate and share analytical reports on recruitment activities to inform strategic decisions.

  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 3-5 years experience as a recruiter, preferably in the Oil and Gas / Marine Sectors.
    • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
