We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QHSE Coordinator to develop, review, and implement quality, health, safety, and environmental policies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. 

Key responsibilities include identifying workplace hazards, delivering training programs, evaluating training effectiveness, conducting emergency response drills, investigating incidents, and monitoring supplier performance. The role also involves promoting QHSE awareness among employees and managing QHSE program budgets.

The QHSE Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the implementation and management of quality, health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures within the organization. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with various departments to promote a culture of safety, ensure compliance with regulations, and enhance overall quality performance.

Minimum Qualification:

HND/B.SC in engineering, Environmental Science, or relevant field.
Professional Certification in occupational health, such as NEBOSH
general certificate or
equivalent is compulsory.
Internal Auditor (ISO 9001/14001/45001)certification.
ISM/ISPS codes training (beneficial)
Assessor/Verifier training (beneficial)


Experience 

At least 5 years experience in health and safety with strong background in Marine Engineering and Oil & Gas Industry.
Proven track record in incident investigations, conducting audits and inspections, emergency response planning and execution.
