We are seeking a Student Recruitment Events Specialist to support the virtual and campus recruitment events of the University of Law. The role focuses on coordinating events that promote academic programmes, engage prospective students, and support the achievement of student enrollment targets.

The successful candidate will assist in delivering virtual events, student engagement activities, recruitment fairs, and administrative processes, ensuring a high-quality experience for prospective students and stakeholders.

Virtual Events

Supporting with significant portions of the extensive virtual events programme, including:

  • Organisation and delivery of virtual events in line with the student recruitment strategy to support all courses
  • Delivery of all administrative processes required to deliver virtual events, including CRM management, event communications, creation of events on virtual event platform.
  • Supporting the SRM to resource staff for virtual events.
  • Gathering student and staff feedback post-event.
  • Delivery of presentations to large numbers of attendees during virtual events.
  • Interaction with prospective students and their supporters during virtual events, answering questions and promoting University of Law and all its courses
  • Managing Student Ambassadors during virtual events
  • Taking part in competitor analysis, insight and detailed research to feed into the virtual events strategy.

Fairs & Partners

Supporting the organisation and delivery of the virtual events programme with a set of offsite event partners, e.g. All About Group, Rate My Placement, UK University Search and UCAS.

  • To support in the creation of stands at virtual fairs
  • To attend virtual fairs as a representative of ULaw
  • To ensure accurate record keeping for all activity

Inbox management

To support all customer-facing inboxes for the DSR team, ensuring replies are received within 48 hours and are of a good, comprehensive quality.

Other Duties

  • Monitoring and providing information on competitors more generally
  • To take part in the updating of student-facing presentations, using Powerpoint
  • To work in accordance with the DSR national processes, systems, and procedures, to support the SRM in the creation and upkeep of these processes.
  • Undertake and support specific projects as part of the Student Recruitment Team.

Qualifications

  • Events experience – organising and hosting events.
  • Experience delivering virtual events on a platform, e.g. Zoom, Hopin
  • Excellent customer care
  • Excellent level of oral written and presentation communication skills
  • Worked as a student ambassador within a university is ideal

Work Arrangement

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4PM to 1AM
  • Work location: Robinsons Zeta Tower C5 Road Bridgetowne Ugong Norte Quezon City. Building is across Tiendesitas and IPI Pasig. It is also accessible from Ortigas CBD, C5 Road, and Eastwood
  • The identified candidate will be working on site for the first 6 months and will be granted hybrid work arrangement given favorable performance reviews.
