About the job Recruitment Specialist - Executive Search (6 months Fixed Term Contract)
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a proven background in executive search within the technology and/or education sectors to join our growing internal executive search function. This is an exciting opportunity to support the recruitment of world-class senior talent across our global network of institutions, working on transformative leadership roles that sit at the intersection of cutting-edge tech and educational innovation.
Reporting to the Executive Recruiter, you will be instrumental in identifying, mapping, and engaging senior executives for roles that shape the strategic direction of GUS and its affiliated institutions. You will deliver insight-driven talent research, helping drive impactful, high-level hiring outcomes globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the Executive Recruiter to understand briefs and define
search strategies. - Conduct market mapping, talent identification, and competitor intelligence
within the education and technology sectors. - Build and manage robust pipelines of senior candidates for executive and Csuite roles.
- Prepare research reports, candidate profiles, and sector insights to support
strategic decision-making. - Assess candidate relevance and strategic fit using your sector-specific
knowledge. - Stay up to date on trends in AI, EdTech, and digital transformation within global
higher education.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a researcher in executive search, specifically
within the technology and/or education sectors this is essential. - Proven track record in global executive sourcing, supporting senior and C-level
appointments. - Deep expertise in LinkedIn sourcing, LinkedIn project building, InMail
campaigns, X-ray searching, database sourcing, conference and event-based
research, and unearthing hard-to-find talent. - Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to distil complex data into
clear, actionable insights. - Experience working with and influencing global stakeholders and international
candidates. - A confident communicator with strong professional verbal and written English
communication skills. - Proactive, curious, and passionate about innovation in global education and
technology. - Comfortable working on confidential, high-impact mandates in a fast-paced and
agile environment.
Work Arrangement
- The engagement is only for a 6 months fixed term contract.
- Work schedule is 9AM UK time, 4PM to 1AM PH time, weekends off.
- It is a remote work with occasional visits in the office. The candidate must be residing within Metro Manila or neighboring provinces.
- Work Location: Robinsons Zeta Tower, C5 Road, Bridgetowne, Ugong Norte, Quezon City. The area is near Opus Mall, IPI Pasig, and Tiendesitas. It is accessible from Ortigas CBD, Eastwood, C5 Road, and Rizal areas.
