The Scheduling Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth planning and delivery of academic programs across our German campuses. This role is responsible for creating, maintaining, and coordinating course timetables, managing classroom allocations, and providing support to students and faculty. As the central point of contact for scheduling matters, the coordinator ensures that teaching activities are efficiently organized and aligned with program requirements contributing directly to a seamless student and faculty experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with academic staff to determine staffing needs based on student numbers and program requirements.
  • Independently schedule all courses for the Potsdam, Berlin, Hamburg, Iserlohn, and Dubai campuses. 
  • Create, update, and manage timetables for all degree programs in CampusNet.
  • Work closely with lecturers from all departments to ensure accurate and updated schedules.
  • Respond to student inquiries about scheduling issues in both German and English.
  • Manage room reservations and ensure optimal space allocation based on availability, course needs, and safety requirements.
  • Enter, maintain, and verify data within the CampusNet student administration system.

Qualifications & Skills

  • University degree of any course
  • Experience in administrative roles with a strong interest in organization, planning, and process coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Familiarity with CampusNet or other student information systems is an advantage.
  • Strong written and spoken German and English skills are essential.
  • High level of reliability, initiative, organization, flexibility, and team spirit.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working in an international environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.

Work Arrangement

  • Work on-site for 4 months, then transition to a hybrid work arrangement once a week after successfully passing the 3rd-month review.
  • Work Location: Robinsons Zeta Tower C5 Road Ugong Norte Quezon City. Area is close to Opus Mall, IPI Pasig, and Tiendesitas. It is accessible from Ortigas CBD, Eastwood, C5 Road, and Rizal areas
  • Work Schedule: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM (8:00 AM Berlin time)
