Primary Responsibilities

Data Engineering & ETL

  • Design and implement data collection workflows to ingest data from internal Student Information Systems (SIS), CRM platforms (Salesforce), and external sources such as NetSuite.
  • Perform data cleansing, deduplication, normalization, and validation using SQL and Excel/VBA scripts to ensure high-quality, standardized datasets.
  • Maintain structured data repositories and contribute to developing scalable ETL processes for recurring reporting needs.

Data Analysis & Modeling

  • Conduct exploratory and statistical data analysis to uncover trends in pipeline performance, applicant behavior, and enrollment outcomes.
  • Perform cohort analysis, retention metrics, and revenue and scholarship forecasting.
  • Collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to build predictive or prescriptive models using historical data.

Salesforce Administration & Customization

  • Administer and configure Salesforce to support admissions, marketing, and recruitment workflows.
  • Build and enhance Salesforce features including objects, fields, process automations (Flow, Workflows, Process Builder), reports, and dashboards.
  • Lead efforts to scale lead generation and enrollment tracking through CRM improvements and integrations.
  • Provide end-user training, troubleshooting, and technical support to Admissions, Field Recruitment, Marketing, and Admissions Committee members.
  • Technical support for applicants and regular application updates

Data Visualization & Reporting

  • Build dynamic and interactive dashboards using Salesforce (Lightning Reports & Dashboards), Excel Power Query, Veera Construct, and others to be determined.
  • Automate scheduled reports for weekly pipeline performance, monthly field team engagement, daily tuition deposit tracking, marketing campaign conversion metrics, admissions board presentations.
  • Translate data findings into visualizations that clearly convey actionable insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Systems Integration

  • Link and normalize datasets across platforms to present a comprehensive view of the student lifecycle, from lead to matriculation.
  • Implement data matching and transformation logic between disparate systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, Student Information System).
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in system interoperability and data governance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with data analysis in a business or academic environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar), Excel (advanced formulas, Power Query, pivot tables), Salesforce Reports & Dashboards, Veera Construct, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent BI tools
  • Strong understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and normalization techniques.
  • Experience working with large datasets and relational databases.
  • Ability to document processes and build reproducible data pipelines.

Work Arrangement

  • Work Schedule is 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM, weekends off
  • Work Location: Robinsons Zeta Tower, C5 Road, Uging Norte, Quezon City. Building is near IPI Pasig and Tiendesitas. Area is accessible from Ortigas CBD, Eastwood, C5 Road, and Rizal areas.
  • Remote work arrangement - 1x a week on site
