This role is focused on managing the daily operations and administrative tasks within a media team, ensuring the efficient production and delivery of high-quality eLearning media. Responsibilities include supporting multimedia content creation, handling compliance with legal and financial regulations, and maintaining accurate documentation and asset management. The position requires effective use of various media tools, troubleshooting technical issues, and improving workflows. Additionally, it involves fostering strong team relationships, supporting new team members, and staying updated on industry trends to enhance the media team's overall effectiveness and productivity.


Production

  • Support successful delivery of eLearning media objects, including both the (known) existing and (unknown) future catalogue.
  • Deliver all lecture recordings and liaise with ULaw campuses.
  • Transfer existing content within eLearning objects into a rapid authoring tool for learning (articulate 360).
  • Build & deliver learning objects for eLearning that are delivered to online learners, using innovative rapid authoring/production tools, i.e., Articulate 360, VideoScribe, Prezi, Panopto, edit audio/video using pro-tools, Creative Suite 5.5 and/or Final Cut X.
  • Support the delivery of multimedia materials, i.e. audio & video production & editing (Pro Tools, Final Cut X, Premier Pro), media technology (Adobe Connect, VideoScribe, Panopto, Prezi, Creative Suite 5.5, and Articulate 360), motion graphic packages (Photoshop, After Effects), design packages (Acrobat, InDesign, and Illustrator), XML programming/coding, and flash & media server management.
  • Ensure delivery of accompanying materials to support accessibility, i.e., transcripts, voice over.
  • Support the following during production.
  • Stakeholder communication.


Legal / Compliance

  • Responsible for eLearning asset management.
  • Support all department logs, i.e., programme lists, contributor database, clearance and compliance logs, and delivery tracker.
  • Source and license music, library footage and stills.
  • Support tracking for all copyright clearance and sourced royalty free images.

Team

  • Build strong team relationships with other team members and help to develop enabling strategies across the group.
  • Develop and support new starters to meet new and challenging organisational needs and share skills with the wider team as appropriate.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 years experience of working within a production environment demonstrating ability to supervise & coordinate with vendors, project team members, and freelancers.
  • Knowledge of Virtual Learning Environments (VLE)
  • Excellent e-Learning Media Software skills, i.e. Articulate 360, VideoScribe, Prezi, Panopto, edit audio/video using pro-tools, Creative Suite 5.5 and/or Final Cut X.
  • Excellent Media Software skills, i.e. audio & video production & editing (Pro Tools, Final Cut X, Premier Pro), media technology (Adobe Connect, VideoScribe, Panopto, Prezi, Creative Suite 5.5, and Articulate 360), motion graphic packages (Photoshop, After Effects), design packages (Acrobat, InDesign, and Illustrator), XML programming/coding, and flash & media server management.
  • Knowledge of Blackboard.
  • Experience with graphical design, A/V technical systems, multimedia, software development and production processes/workflows.
  • Knowledge of asset management systems; servers and cloud based.
  • Excellent time management, with ability to work under pressure and be able and willing to prioritise tasks and deal with a number of jobs at a time.
  • Good understanding of Customer Care, with conscientious attitude.
  • Reliability and accuracy (All work produced must be accurate and of a consistent standard).

Work Arrangement

  • The position starts as an onsite work and will transition to hybrid work set up of 2x a month following successful 3rd month review. 
  • Work hours is 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (8AM UK time), weekends off
  • Office is located in Robinsons Zeta Tower, C5 Road, Ugong Norte, Quezon City. The building is across IPI Pasig and Tiendesitas and is accessible from Ortigas CBD, Eastwood, C5 Road, and Rizal areas.
