About the job GL Accountant

  • Perform full-cycle accounting, A/R, A/P, cash flow, and bank reconciliation, accounts reconciliation, such as revenue, intercompany, etc.
  • Support the Finance department in general accounting processes, month-end close procedures, and audit preparation.
  • Provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data.
  • Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Document financial transactions by entering account information. Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
  • Analyze financial information and summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA designation is desirable
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in end to end accounting and financial reporting.
  • Excellent accounting software user and administration skills, working knowledge of SAGE or Agresso software considered an asset.
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel

Work Arrangement

  • Onsite initially, with a transition to a hybrid schedule after passing the 3rd-month review. The hybrid schedule will require onsite work on Tuesday and Wednesday, while Mondays, Thursday, and Fridays will be work-from-home days.
  • Work Location: Robinsons Zeta Tower, C5 Road, Ugong Norte, Quezon City. Office is near IPI Pasig and Tiendesitas. Office is accessible from Eastwood, C5 Road, Ortigas CBD, and Rizal areas.
  • Work Schedule (Monday to Friday, 10AM to 7PM PH time)
