About the job International Student Affairs Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for enrolled students by dealing with a wide range of queries related to their enrollment at the College.
  • Provide high quality service by being efficient and responsive to student queries professionally and to a high standard, or re-direct more complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Utilize SYS systems to maintain student data.
  • Organize student records in a timely and efficient manner, following approved policies and procedures.
  • Maintain, organize, and regularly update all reports regarding students, including scholarships, study permit expiry dates, payment plans, refund, etc.
  • Issue official student documents (travel support letters, invitation letters, etc.).
  • Issue invitation letters for recruitment team.
  • Ensure all student files are in accordance with Government regulations.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the College's refund policy and Government regulations.
  • Keep student information confidential and secure to protect the privacy of all students.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • The successful candidate will possess a 2-year diploma in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in a complex customer service environment that could include financial transactions.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks, frequent interruptions, fluctuating volumes and ongoing deadlines.
  • Demonstrated use of initiative both in planning work and in taking a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns, providing adequate follow-up to complaints and concerns.
  • Strong data analysis and attention to detail to identify potential errors and issues.
  • Ability to work within and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, along with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills specifically with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and database management
  • Knowledge and experience in a post-secondary educational environment would be beneficial.

Work Arrangement:

  • Onsite work until you successfully passed 3rd month performance review then will transition to hybrid (2x a month)
  • Work Location: Robinsons Zeta Tower, C5 Road, Ugong Norte, Quezon City. Office is near IPI Pasig and Tiendesitas. Office is accessible from Eastwood, C5 Road, Ortigas CBD, and Rizal areas.
  • Internet speed must be above 15 mbps upload and download speed
  • Work Schedule, 03:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
