Data and Insights Specialist

This role helps a UK University enrol more students by making sense of sales data and turning it into clear, practical insights. You will look at how student leads move through the sales process — from first enquiry to enrolment — and help the sales and conversion teams focus on the leads and activities that are most likely to turn into students.


What youll be doing day to day: 

Understanding and improving sales performance

• Track how leads perform at every stage of the sales journey — from enquiry, to offer, to deposit, to enrolment
• Spot where leads are getting stuck or dropping off 
• Identify which markets, programmes, intakes and campuses are converting best — and which ones need attention
• Share clear insights and recommendations so the sales team knows where to focus their effort

Reporting & insights

• Produce simple daily, weekly and monthly reports that show how sales is performing
• Highlight trends, risks and opportunities early — not just numbers, but what they mean and what we should do about them
• Support forecasting by helping the team understand if this happens, then what? scenarios

Being the go-to data person for sales

• Act as the data and reporting expert for the International Business Development and Direct Sales teams
• Help sales teams understand lead quality, conversion rates and overall performance

Systems & data quality

• Make sure Salesforce data is accurate, up to date and used consistently

• Improve dashboards and reports that help sales teams quickly see lead quality and progress
• Ensure data across systems (Salesforce, Enroly, Power BI, CMD) aligns and can be trusted

Experience & skills required: 

• Strong Excel/Sheets skills; confident with dashboards/BI tools (Power BI/Tableau or similar)
• Ability to simplify complex datasets into clear stories
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable challenging assumptions
• High level communication proficiency
  

Work Arrangement

• Work Schedule: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
• Work Location: Robinsons Zeta Tower, C5 Road, Ugong Norte, Quezon City. The area is beside Opus Mall and across Tiendesitas and IPI Pasig. It is accessible from Ortigas CBD, Eastwood, C5 Road, and Rizal areas
• This is an on-site position for 4 months, with the option to transition to a hybrid work set up of once a week after successfully passing the 3rd month performance review.
