We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to lead high-volume hiring  across our UK Colleges Division.

This is not a traditional recruitment coordinator role. We are looking for a recruitment consultant who can influence hiring decisions, provide market intelligence, proactively solve talent challenges, and build sustainable talent pipelines that support long-term hiring success.

You will partner closely with UK-based stakeholders, managing end-to-end recruitment while acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers. Success in this role requires strong candidate assessment capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for vacancies.
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Conduct high-volume video behavioral interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Screen applications and shortlist qualified candidates against role requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
  • Extend verbal offers and support candidates through the offer acceptance stage.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring requirements.
  • Provide hiring managers with market feedback, candidate insights, and recruitment updates.
  • Support recruitment initiatives to improve hiring outcomes and candidate quality.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure a positive candidate experience.

To qualify for the role: 

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably supporting offshore recruitment
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a high-volume recruitment environment. 
  • Experience recruiting for UK-based roles is desirable
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of recruitment funnel management, including sourcing conversion rates, interview-to-offer ratios, and time-to-fill metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Confident in providing recommendations and challenging assumptions when appropriate


Work Arrangement

  • This is a hybrid work set up of once a week on-site. 
  • Work Location: Robinsons Zeta Tower, C5 Road, Ugong Norte, Quezon City. Office is near IPI Pasig and Tiendesitas. Office is accessible from Eastwood, C5 Road, Ortigas CBD, and Rizal areas.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM PH time
  • This role is a full-time and probationary/permanent position. Applicants who are currently employed, engaged in freelance work, operating a business, or working with another employer simultaneously are required to disclose this during the initial HR screening process.
