HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE OUR FP&A?

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Financial Analysis, Reporting, Finance Operations, Accounting Support, or similar analytical finance roles.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data analysis, financial reporting, and spreadsheet management.
• Experience in forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, or financial analysis is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical thinking with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Experience in Shared Services, BPO, KPI reporting, finance operations, or capacity planning is an advantage.

DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN FP&A ANALYST

Financial Planning & Forecasting

• Update monthly FP&A reports, forecasting files, and budget templates.
• Maintain actuals, forecasts, and budget data across Excel-based financial models.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities using business assumptions and operational inputs.
• Assist with capacity forecasting and demand planning to support operational requirements.
• Prepare summary reports comparing forecasted demand against available capacity.

Financial Reporting & Business Analysis

• Prepare recurring management reports and monthly FP&A reporting packs.
• Validate financial and operational data through reconciliations and accuracy checks.
• Monitor key business metrics, including student enrolment, attrition, and operational volumes.
• Maintain historical reporting files, trend analyses, and monthly performance snapshots.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis, reconciliations, and audit requests.

Reporting & Data Management

• Maintain Excel trackers, financial models, and reporting control files.
• Develop and update Pivot Tables, dashboards, charts, and reporting templates.
• Refresh recurring PowerPoint presentations and executive reporting packs.
• Ensure consistency in report formatting, data integrity, and version control.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and streamline reporting processes.

Business Partnership & Operational Support

• Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and timely reporting.
• Support operational and financial decision-making through reliable analysis and reporting.
• Assist with process improvements that strengthen reporting quality and efficiency.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of governance, compliance, and data integrity.
