Team Leader

The Digital Assessment Systems Team Leader will lead and manage Digital Assessment Systems team in Hyderabad and Manila ensuring the smooth operation in accordance with the University's policies, procedures, and regulations. The post holder will be a key leader of the manage Digital Assessment Systems function for operational excellence and high standards of service and will collaborate with colleagues and key stakeholders across professional and academic departments within University of

• Responsible for developing and adhering to operating procedures and interpret management service reports, in order to enhance the overall efficiency of the service and provide reports to Heads of Operational Services in relation to assessment operations and delivery.
• Contribute to the University's overall strategy and making effective decisions on service delivery.
• Oversee and manage queries received in TopDesk application ensuring responses are sent within specified SLA.
• Track and evaluate team performance using relevant metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide regular feedback to team members on their performance and progress towards goals, and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
• Conduct performance reviews and assessments to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for development within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree of any course
• 3+ years demonstrated operational leadership experience working with global teams
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work with people at all levels of seniority
• Polite, reliable, helpful and positive attitude.
• Ability to positively lead a team
• Ability to cope when under pressure
• Strong time management of self and work load
• Excellent organisational skills

Work Arrangement

• Work Schedule: 8AM UK time, 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, weekends off
• The office is located in Bridgetowne Quezon City. Area is near IPI Pasig and Opus Mall. The location is accessible from Ortigas CBD, Eastwood, C5 Road, Rizal areas.
• The first 4 months are onsite and will transition to hybrid of 2x a month after successful 3rd month review.
