- WORK FROM HOME: 2 weeks onsite, then transition to remote work with occasional visits in the office
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 4 PM to 1 AM PH time in Bridgetowne, QC
- FIXED-TERM ROLE: 1 year contract OR until project completion.
IDEAL MANAGER PROFILE
- 5+ years of experience in Communications Management, Corporate Communications, PR, Campaign Management, or related roles
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Project Management, Education, or related field.
- Proven experience in successfully planning, executing, and optimizing communication or marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Demonstrated experience leading large scale and complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven background in project-based roles involving transformation, process improvement, or change management.
- Experience in higher education, student services, or academic institutions is ideal
- Familiarity with email marketing tools, social media listening applications, automation tools, and communication platforms is an advantage.
- Strong results-oriented mindset with the ability to track campaign performance, analyze outcomes, and implement improvements to maximize impact.
MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and deliver communication strategies for current students across email, social media, Microsoft Teams, the intranet, newsletters, and events.
- Establish clear communication processes and best practices across departments to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely messaging.
- Support Student Services and academic departments with targeted campaigns that improve student engagement and awareness.
- Manage internal communication channels and ensure intranet content remains up to date and relevant.
- Implement and manage email marketing tools, including automated communications and campaigns for student services.
- Track communication performance and engagement metrics, using insights to improve communication effectiveness and strengthen the university brand.
- Partner with Public Relations on external communications and crisis communication planning.
- Support staff in adopting new communication tools, systems, and processes.
