We are looking for an experienced Communications Project Manager to lead a major institutional transformation in how communications are planned, delivered, and managed across the university. This is an opportunity for a strategic professional who thrives in project environments, enjoys building systems from the ground up, and can modernize communications and stakeholder engagement at scale.

In this role, you will redesign the organization's communications ecosystem, move operations from reactive to proactive planning, and create sustainable workflows that improve the student experience. You will play a key role in launching major semester campaigns, strengthening internal governance, and driving communication excellence across multiple departments.

This is a fixed-term role for one (1) year or until project completion. 

Strategic Communication and Campaign Leadership 

  • Develop and execute semester-based communication plans and annual communication calendars.
  • Lead high-volume campaigns for academic milestones, enrollment, orientation, deadlines, policies, and student engagement.
  • Ensure all communications are timely, relevant, accessible, and aligned with brand standards. 

Project Management and Transformation Delivery 

  • Lead the rehaul and modernization of communications processes across the institution.
  • Manage project plans, milestones, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.

Process Improvement and Workflow Design

  • Build scalable workflows for communication requests, approvals, publishing, and campaign execution.
  • Translate existing processes into efficient communication systems and documented procedures. 
  • Streamline internal coordination between academic and support functions.

Data Reporting and Optimization

  • Track campaign performance, engagement, and communication effectiveness
  • Present insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Use data to continuously improve messaging, timing, and delivery methods.

Stakeholder Management and Collaboration 

  • Partner with internal departments such as Registrar, IT, Marketing, Student Services, and leadership teams.
  • Work closely with global counterparts and cross-cultural stakeholders.
  • Deliver training and governance sessions to improve communication standards organization-wide.

Automation & Digital Enablement

  • Identify opportunities to automate recurring communication workflows.
  • Support implementation of tools, templates, and scalable communication systems.

You are a builder, organizer, and communicator who knows how to bring structure to complexity. You enjoy leading change, managing multiple priorities, and influencing stakeholders across functions and cultures.   • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Project Management, Education, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Communications Management, Corporate Communications, PR, Campaign Management, or related roles
  • Proven experience in successfully planning, executing, and optimizing communication or marketing campaigns with measurable results.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large scale and complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven background in project-based roles involving transformation, process improvement, or change management.
  • Experience in higher education, student services, or academic institutions is ideal
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools, social media listening applications, automation tools, and communication platforms is an advantage. 
  • Strong results-oriented mindset with the ability to track campaign performance, analyze outcomes, and implement improvements to maximize impact.

Work Arrangement 

  • 2 weeks onsite then transition to remote work with occasional visits in the office. 
  • Work Schedule: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, weekends off
  • Work Location: Robinsons Zeta Tower, Bridgetowne, C5 Road, Ugong Norte, Quezon City. Building is near Opus Mall, Tiendesitas, and IPI Pasig. Area is accessible from Eastwood, Ortigas CBD, C5 Road, and Rizal areas.
