HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE OUR TREASURY ANALYST?

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is highly preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in treasury operations, banking, finance, or a similar role.
• Experience using banking platforms and processing electronic payments.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems.
• High level of accuracy with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage routine processes consistently.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in resolving payment or banking issues.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a structured, process-driven environment while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.

DAY IN THE LIFE OF A TREASURY ANALYST
Cash Operations & Banking

• Download daily bank statements across multiple entities to support timely reconciliations and reporting.
• Process payment uploads through banking platforms in accordance with approved payment schedules and internal controls.
• Download, archive, and maintain complete Proofs of Payment (POPs) for audit readiness.
• Organize and maintain treasury and banking documentation using structured filing practices.

Payment Processing & Banking Support

• Serve as the first point of contact for payment-related inquiries from internal stakeholders.
• Investigate and resolve payment issues, including failed transactions, delays, and banking discrepancies.
• Coordinate with banking partners and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Support seamless payment cycles by validating payment information before execution.

Treasury Operations & Administration

• Maintain the investment register by updating transactions, maturities, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with cash forecasting by preparing, validating, and consolidating treasury data.
• Provide operational and administrative support for treasury reporting and day-to-day activities.
• Ensure treasury records remain accurate, complete, and up to date.

Stakeholder Support & Collaboration

• Respond to treasury, banking, and payment-related queries from internal stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on treasury processes, documentation requirements, and payment timelines.
• Escalate operational issues, risks, or control concerns to the Associate Director, Treasury when required.
• Collaborate closely with Finance and cross-functional teams to support efficient treasury operations.

Controls, Compliance & Continuous Improvement

• Execute treasury activities in accordance with established policies, approval frameworks, and internal controls.
• Maintain high standards of documentation, accuracy, and audit readiness.
• Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes, controls, and operational efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen treasury operations and governance.
